Shipping

Shipping is $5.00 by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation in the continental US. If you would like overnight shipping, or international shipping, please e-mail me at skyle@rubyandlola.com

Free Shipping for orders of $100.00 or more.

Jewelry is Made to Order

Most jewelry pieces are in stock, but some are made to order, meaning that I make them for you when I receive your order. Your new jewelry will be shipped one to two days after you place your order (and after your check clears, if you are paying by check). Rush orders can be arranged. Materials

Ruby and Lola jewelry is made with sterling silver, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, enamel beads, and fire-polished glass.

Fair Trade

Most of the beads and all of the silver that I use are purchased from suppliers that support "Fair Trade" manufacturing. Fair Trade companies provide healthy humane working conditions and pay a living wage. Check out my links page for info on Fair Trade suppliers for jewelry making.

Sizing and Lengths

Necklaces are between 15 and 18 inches long, and some have pendants which hang below the chain. The length of each necklace is noted along with price and materials in the item descriptions. Earring lengths are measured from the earwire, which hangs just below the ear. Most pieces can be adjusted to the length that you would like- just ask.

Sizing Tips

If you are not sure how a necklace might fit you, measure a piece of string to the length of the necklace and hold it around your neck to see if you like the length. Remember, most necklaces can be made shorter or longer so that you love the fit.

Clasps

Necklaces are fastened with sterling silver lobster claw clasps. If you are concerned about the ease of opening a clasp, let me know, I can replace the lobster claw clasp with a silver plated magnetic clasp. Bracelets are fastened with a silver plated magnetic clasp and have a safety chain.

Variations

Please note that each piece is made by hand. There may be slight variations in length from piece to piece. Also, beads and pearls may vary slightly in color or size.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping

Your Ruby and Lola jewelry will come to you in a gift box tied with a ribbon- great for storage or gift giving.

Refunds

Hopefully you will love your new jewelry, but if you do not, please send it back to me within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable nor included on returns.

Quality Guarantee

Your jewelry is made to last. I offer free repairs for any component that is faulty due to workmanship or materials. If you need a repair, a postage paid envelope will be sent to you. For repairs, please e-mail me at skyle@rubyandlola.com
